Terms & Conditions
Accessing or using this website (www.isrmotorsport.com) indicates your agreement to such policies and terms and conditions set forth. Unless permitted by ISR Motorsports, site contents (e.g., logo and photos) may not be used in any way for any other purposes. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Please read carefully before continuing any activities on this site.

Returns & Exchanges
Please check items immediately to ensure that they are in satisfactory condition when received.

Returns and exchanges (excluding special orders) are allowed within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original salable packaging. Please contact ISR Motorsport for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to returning or exchanging an item. All returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and Return Authorization Number. The customer is responsible for freight insurance and shipping costs. Refunds (less shipping and handling charges) will be issued in the form of the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.

No exchanges or returns are allowed on fiberglass parts. Slight modifications may be needed for proper fitment of fiberglass parts and should pre-fit before painting or wrapping.

Special Orders
All special orders require payment in full.  Returns or cancellations are subject to a 30% supplier restocking fee with original packaging and receipt.

Warranties

All products we sell carry the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. While we may assist with processing warranties, we recommend that claims be made directly with the manufacturer for a quicker resolution.

Storage

A storage fee of $75 dollars per day will be implemented to any customer who's vehicle is completed and have not picked up their vehicle without prior written authorization from ISR Motorsports management. 

Service

If you are not satisfied with an installation or service due to workmanship, we will be happy to warranty our work. The customer must notify us within 72 hours of the date service was rendered. It is the customer’s responsibility to re-torque all lug nuts on their wheels within 10 miles of driving after any installation that require the removal of wheels. Some installation or repair work performed may require additional materials or parts to complete the job. We will notify you of the changes prior to completing the job..

Off-road Use
Most products sold and assembled by ISR Motorsports are designed and intended for off road use only. ISR Motorsports is not liable for any damages or losses that you, any other persons, or your vehicle incur from the use of these products. Please check with your state, local and federal regulations to see which modifications are legal or illegal. Modifications may void your vehicle warranty, if any. Performance modifications affect the way a vehicle drives; therefore, it is your responsibility to safely operate a modified vehicle. You (the customer) assume all risks associated with any performance modifications or aftermarket wide body installation.

Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously. Personal information you provide is secured and will be used solely for processing your orders and providing related customer service activities. ISR Motorsports will not sell or share your information with any other parties.

Payments

All invoices submitted to customer for payment are due for full payment within 72 hours upon customers receiving invoice. Any delinquent invoices not paid within 7 business days beyond required due date without prior written consent from ISR Management, are subject to storage fees and in severe cases mechanics lien which may be leveraged against customers vehicle.
